INSPECT
We do a complete diagnostic report on your property specifying urgent insurance and estate compliance related defects and non-urgent maintenance based defects, including cost estimates of rectifying these issues if necessary.
The report points out everything, from the validity of your building plans and certificates to a chipped tile and structural damage.
An inspection will be conducted on a yearly basis to keep you updated on the status of your property.

MAINTAIN
If need be, an INSPECTASURE recommended service provider will have to be appointed by you to repair defects picked up during the inspection.
INSPECTASURE assists you in getting 3 quotes for the work that you like to get done. As soon as the work is done your INSPECTASURE report will be updated.

RELAX
Sit back and relax knowing that everything is in order and there shouldn't be any nasty surprises.
You now have a comprehensive record of your property and, so your estate can't panelise you and your insurer can't look for reasons not to cover you.
